I usually run at Parkrun on Saturdays -- but this time I will be a volunteer "Marshal" ( I wonder if I will get a badge and a six-gun?) .. I think I need a bit of a rest anyway - and I will get to see ALL of the pretty girls run by, even those in fast frontrunner's Pack. But another local Parkrun is opening shortly - and they are having a "trial" run on Sunday - so I will do that instead.
