Hi Carole! Thanks for those, I do not have facebook so love this forum for all my advice and motivation, so keep posting everyone! How are you doing? Hope your running is going well. I am not doing the distances you are yet but did manage 8k the other day : ) x
Hiya 8k is brilliant!! Yes I am covering distance (on a flat surface) but only as a plodder! No speed on long runs for me just enjoying be able to is the main thing. Some of the stretches look difficult but most are do able and I for one are becoming aware how important stretching is. Carry on your great running you must be seeing huge differences now too x
