Back on week 8

Hip pain much better following sports chiropractor treatment. Decided to restart week 8 and feel great that I managed to complete the run but gosh it was hard to finish those last five minutes. I stopped a bit quickly in relief when the

time was up and almost fell over as I was a bit shaker. Might have a snack before I go before breakfast next time but overall it feels great to be able to move again.

  • Yea! Congrats for getting back out there and pushing through the last bit. A small snack might be a good idea, just to make sure you have fuel to run.
