Back on week 8

Hip pain much better following sports chiropractor treatment. Decided to restart week 8 and feel great that I managed to complete the run but gosh it was hard to finish those last five minutes. I stopped a bit quickly in relief when the

time was up and almost fell over as I was a bit shaker. Might have a snack before I go before breakfast next time but overall it feels great to be able to move again.

Yea! Congrats for getting back out there and pushing through the last bit. A small snack might be a good idea, just to make sure you have fuel to run.

Well done for getting back out there. It's frustrating when you have an enforced break from it. Good luck with the rest of the programme. Best wishes.
