Couch to 5K


Did my second run this morning - was harder this time, perhaps I should leave three days in-between runs. I had a really heavy weekend, Jiving Friday night, party jiving Saturday night, so really only one day rest was not enough as my knee was tweeking. 90 secs seems an eternity, I can't imagine running for 3 minutes in one go for instance - but I suppose I'll get there.

Well done on getting through the second run of W2. Believe me, when the time comes you will manage very well with the 3 minute runs - you already done the preparation and trained up to it. If you feel that taking an extra rest day between runs will benefit you then go ahead with that. You know your own body best. Good luck and best wishes.
