Not really run for months properly, I am doing the heroes and villians 5k run on the 18th May. So thought best get some trianing in took me 37 mins to do the route with lots of walking :(.
Didn'r use Laura as not sure what week to start with, still never managed to get to graduation hey ho.

It's never too late. You've still four weeks to the run. Best thing don't put yourself under too much pressure if you walk /run it, not a problem. Pick a week that you last remember finding a bit easier and start there. You want to pick a week you come back from the run feeling positive about it. Then just carry on from there. Then on race day do your next run and walk the distance after you have tired. That way it will also feel like a positive experience. Good luck.
