Well that's Week 4 ticked off! Can't quiet believe I've done it and looking forward to the challenges week 5 brings!! Its amazing how quickly this programme improves your fitness ...... actually starting to believe I CAN finish it!! Good Luck to everyone running the marathon tmro! Xx

Many thanks Fitmo. Trying really hard not to think about run 3 this week, just going to take each run as it comes! Been working hard on finding a good running pace that I can keep up for 20 mins. Just going to put my trust in the programme, it has served me well so far!!!

I just finished week 4 today, and a bit nervous about week 5. I agree that trusting the program is key, I don't think I could do this without the podcasts. Good luck on week 5!
