Hi, I have had a hip bursitis its still there - but calm. I am 66. I used to run miles every day and play squash and I feel in good health and could (I think) do couch to 5km but worrying about hip as it did put me out of action for a month or two and the only way it calmed down was to rest it (I have an allotment and love to dig) so any advice.

Might be worth checking with your doctor as to whether you could do the programme. It's always best to be on the safe side. Good luck and best wishes.

It is difficult to say, I know my left hip flares up from time to time but it doesn't last long. Probably best to check out with gp first then take it from there.
I am pretty sure you could do the c25k otherwise, especially if you have been a runner in the past. fingers crossed .
