I've just completed week 4, now to week 5! How do I do the three runs? One of each or choose one to do 3 times? It's going well I'm amazed I love it!

It's one of each and they are aimed to progress you to the next level. There is week 5 run 1, 2, 3 and you should do them in that order with a rest day in between before progressing to week 6.

As Kickibro says, it's doing each W5 run in the order in which it comes. There is the same sort of set up in week 6 as well. Good luck with your W5 runs. Best wishes.
Thank you! I'll keep up with the forum as I go along, it's really motivational. I'm apprehensive about running for 20 mins but have got the first two runs to ease me into that so first things first! I even enjoy running in the rain, once I get out the door and have done first few minutes (I struggle for first runs on podcast but get easier as I go along). It's a great podcast and I would recommend to anyone.
