So, how'd it go? Pacing up and down here yer know. Taps foot .......LOL

Well actually it went a lot better than expected thank you. I found the running much better but still very red faced and puffing!!!!!!! But when I completed it I

Felt great and was really pleased with myself!!! My breathing is all over the shop and the more I try to concentrate on it the worse it gets!!!! But I really can't believe I have done it!!! Am looking forward to week 2 which I am going to start on Saturday . How about you where are you in your plan? Let me know

Best regards jo

Doesn't it feel great!

Well done, you are doing brilliantly so far, just gotta keep it up a bit longer. The main thing is just to take it steady, get out there and enjoy the runs - you'll be eating up the miles before you know it!

Excellent well done! So pleased you have such a positive attitude and are enjoying yourself. My breathing is still all over the place but if I try and forget about it, it sort of settles down a bit, so I wouldn't worry too much at the moment. x

Well done Josie. I agree about the breathing. Just breathe naturally

I am a graduate and working on improving my 10k time. Oh and my 5k time too

Has your 5k time improved as a result of your longer 10k runs Miss W?

Yes Chris, it has. I did a Personal Best 5k on 27th March. I also ran a PB 10k yesterday too.

Currently dithering about whether to enter a 16 k race, having not done any race at all yet. Decisions, decisions
