got out to run today after new regime of one day rest and then running ,i am now skipping to build up my ankles however the only way i can skip is by running on the spot .I went out to try for 10 k first 3 miles my calves were just killing me its like running up a hill for 3 miles i and i really felt like stopping and it took me 30 mins to do the first 5k but as i went on i started to relax my legs ,after that i run in town dodging the odd tourist and carried on stopped at 10 for water and then pushed on for the final 3 mile s home it was great to be out working twice as hard ive cut my miles in half 121 for the 10 and 24 20 still need to slow down a bit one thing at a time happy running all
