Didn't find this one any easier than the last one .... but I think I'm going to give W5R1 a go on Sunday or Monday and see if I can surprise myself.

Hi I am on the same boat as you but a little behind! Have completed W3R3 and apprehensive about starting W4. But I think each week progresses at a fair pace - challenging but achieveable. Think I will surprise myself too on Monday. Good luck for W5R1!

I bet you will. Just take it steadily, you can always go for a burst of speed in the last minute if you have it.
You can do it! I'm at the same point and mulled over the same question. I've decided that, as I've not repeated any runs so far, I'll just plough on onto Week5 - what's the worst that can happen?! If it doesn't go well, well, I can just take stock and maybe repeat a week 4 run or whatever. I think it'll be fine though. W5R1 is only 5 min runs, if I remember correctly, before increasing for run 2 & 3. Go for it and see what your body has to say about it, rather than your brain
