Ummm, unwitting early graduation?

I put on the week 8 mp3 and noticed at the beginning that Laura was burbling about 30 minutes. Didn't take much notice and carried on. Well, she took me running for 30 minutes and then congratulated me on finishing the programme. I've just checked again, it definitely says Week 8 on the label of the mp3!

Oh well, guess that's one psychological hurdle less in my life....
