Graduation is in my grasp!

Thats week 8 done now and i am in a state of shock at a few things, one that I can now run for 28 minutes when at the start I couldn't run for 60 seconds, two that I have stuck it out this long and not given up and three that I am really enjoying these longer runs!

Start week 9 on Friday and not apprehensive at all. I know I've got it in me to do 30 minutes now.

3 runs left and I've done It!

Well done and, YES, you have got it in you..!!

Just 3 more runs until we see you on the podium - we'll all be waiting 🤗

I'm perpetually in a state of shock over this running malarkey. Right now I'm unwell, and shocked at how angry I am because I can't run 😂

Really gets you doesn't it..?? 😉

Well done I used to feel the same but now I can easily run for 45+ mins and do 4 plus miles I recently ran around my favourite lake which is the reason I start this plan I graduated earlier this month and haven’t looked back . Good luck you can do it 😃

Yes it is I often walked my dog at Virginia Waters and can do 9 miles there going into Windsor great park I always wanted to jog around it as it’s so peaceful and I smiled all the way round even though my hip hurt lol goals are the best motivator going that’s my advice pick something you really want to do and focus on it 🙂

Yes not the end thats for sure! I'm restarting the programme on a hill track over the moor as only been on the flat disused railway through the moor so far.

Sounds like a great challenge.

Yes, you can run those 30 mns, no problem! Go for it and well done! For all of us who used to be non-runners, it's such a great discovery and gaining some fantastic confidence in our bodies: I felt so anxious after each run that my back would play a bad trick on me and now, I go for a run without my meds (painkillers). So wish you the same feeling!
