Well I've been nursing a knee injury I picked up on my last run last Saturday. After work today decided to try my next run W8R1 with a friend. So Strapped my knee up and selected the relevant podcast and told myself to take it easy and off we went.
Knee felt okay so kept going to the end with Laura's encouragement in my ear and low and behold completed the 28minutes!!!
Feel so pleased I've been able to complete this run and so relieved that I now feel okay to carry on.
As a precaution though I'm still going to sit with my leg up and ice my knee tonight. !!
