Week 5 run 1 done!

Was nervous about starting week 5 but run 1 wasn't too bad. Actually it felt great! Not running anywhere near 5k yet but that's because I've got short legs ( I'm 5 feet tall on a good day lol) going to wait till I can run 30 mins before I crank up my pace. Happy running everyone x

Well done!

Thing with week 5 run 1 is that is three 5 min runs, right?

Even when I was up to 30 mins running, the first 5 mins of any run never felt much better than they did in week 5, it was the later time when I really was into it. So if you're enjoying things now with 5 min runs, there's good things ahead for you!
