Well, after over two weeks ill, tonight I got off the couch( out of bed really...) and started with week3 ( was on week 5) run 1. Good decision to go back to week 3 and happy to have completed it.
Onwards and upwards!!!

Well done! I too am planning a return after being poorly for 3 weeks. Although I've graduated I'm going to be very cautious tomorrrow and start on Week 1 run 1 just to see how it goes. Trouble is I have too many medics in my family and they have scared me into being extreeeeeemely cautious due to my advanced age ;-)!
Im 58 and my children are just the opposite but then they do not have a medical background!
