Just done the long run of week 3; really chuffed! It was a case of positive thoughts and plodding along and the 25 mins went so quickly!

Oh that's good to hear, you are just ahead of me.defo agree positive thoughts and mind over matter, got me through the 20 mins. Gosh I really hope I can do it too. Good luck with week 7.
