Hand-holding

I have had a rubbish start to the running year (hip injury followed by miserable virus) but I got out today in perfect running conditions! Went back to W5R2 because I felt like I needed the assurance of Laura talking me through and I really wasn't sure how well I would manage. Thankfully all went well and it felt good to be back out there (at least it did once I finished).

So onward and upward and thanks for the ongoing encouragement of reading your posts. So good to know there are many others out there with similar goals. Here's to good health and better weather!

Glad to hear you are back out there and I am sure you will soon be back on form, but take it easy and enjoy it.

Keep running, keep smiling.
