500 mile mark past tonight been a bit naughty i was only going to do recov run after sundays slog but i just couldnt help my self im going to try and not run tomoz

i think it was about 715 if you see a runner in orange top that would be me on my 10 k had to stop and take pics

To paraphrase the Proclaimers 'So, you can run 500 miles....' That's some achievement though, you must be so chuffed with yourself.

thanks 4 that im a bit pleased i hope to do more if my body puts up with it 505 now i go out and run now doing 5 k is not so bad im going to try and fit a full marathon in this year as well id say ive defo got the bug and it started with a 1 min run
