Well I've had two pain free days , & walking at my normal pace . Dare I say it ! Am I cured ? Oh I bloody hope so ! I'm back at work , & no problems so far . Fingers crossed .

I was thinking this too but it's going to be pretty hard for us to run like this. We'll have to stop & Rockette will have to run for us. Go steady Rockette but it is good news. Good luck.

Thanks everyone , I can't run till I've seen physio in ten days . I've been here a couple a times before , thinking I'm on the mend & then it's flared up again . But all the walking on it round NYC didn't do it any favours lol. So yes thanks everyone for your replys & keep everything crossed . I'll soon be pounding them streets again , I can feel it in my water . Lol

I hope so rockette! It's taken longer to recover than you could have ever envisaged. I hope you can soon get back to your former fitness and are running like a deer in no time. That's a gazelle type deer and not an old dear. LOL
