Just received the email - nearly missed it as it went into junk - must work out how to stop this phone thinking for itself! Anyway, it's good news as it means I can run for whichever charity I want to and not just those who can afford to buy in guaranteed places. Also means I don't have to commit to a specific fund-raising target. So - I've booked my accommodation and I now have my place - guess I have to do it now!

Well done lolb on two counts. 1) Getting a place 2) choosing your own charity and not just accepting one they suggest, too many people do that and smaller charities lose out big time. Many congratulations and all the best for your training and of course the actual GNR, look forward to hearing how you get on.
