Can't believe it, have actually done w5r3, that's a full 20mins non stop running and I DID IT!!!! This is an unimaginable achievement and I am so happy!! Used endomondo and was expecting all kinds of great distances and personal bests, but didn't cover much more distance than I have done previously, 2.39miles in 30mins50secs (including 5 min warm up and cool down) but there were a few inclines, steepest one was during the last 3 min of the run which almost nearly killed me but I kept going. TBH, I don't care, just happy
I cannot believe just how good this programme is, I have to admit I was a but sceptical that it would just be another fad but I am loving it and starting to really see results, not just in my body but in my mind too, superb stuff!!

Oh, you so have to do it, it is the most satisfying thing ever!!!! I almost put it off for some daft excuses but decided on the spur of the moment to just get on with it and I am so glad I did, it was really brilliant!! All I want to do is be able to run 5km and that goal is getting closer and closer, good luck for tonight's run, look forward to hearing how you get on xx
I did it today too - feel amazing & never prouder of myself! I was so dreading it (see previous posts last week) but to my amazement it really wasn't too bad. For the first time I zoned out and can't really remember some of the run. I kept thinking about all the people I was going to tell (including this forum) and that got me through it. Good luck to anyone about to do it. It's very do-able.
