Hi I just wondered if anyone is doing the strength and flex program alongside the C25K? I don't know what this is and if it is a program you do in the home or outside? any advice or recommendations much appreciated. Thanks

I used to do it and let it lapse, which I regret and intend doing them again soon.

Go to this page where you will find the pod casts to download plus some video clips:

You can do it outside or at home. Doing it at home may be difficult to get the walking warm up done.

It is simply a series of moves which help to give you core strength and keep you supple.

Yes I got to wk 3 & then stopped , I did it in doors because i would feel a prat doing it outside to be honest , but it's ok to do inside

They say to do it in the park but it's easy enough to do at home, apart from the pull ups, so long as you don't mind marching around your house looking like a bit of a tit (standard procedure for me really ;))
