If at first you don't succeed! W6R3

A week ago I posted how I had failed on my third run of week six. I tried again last Sunday and failed even more miserably than my first effort. So I decided to do W6R2 a couple of times again and this morning I attempted W6R3 and completed it without much trouble at all, what a difference a week makes!

And that's what it's all about! Sometimes you have to go back to go forward! Well done for you for not quitting and well done on cracking the W6R3!

Wow well done.. It just goes to show that every run is 'in the bank' and contributes. That's a fab achievement.

Well done chipbutties(neveragain!) - you done good. Even after 9 months of running I still have the odd bad run. You never know how your body is going to be on a run day. The good thing is though that at least we are all OUT THERE doing it! Even if we might say "Ow! Ouch! Sh**!Oooh!" on occasion......

Well done for getting it done - I was like that on week 7; I found it was a mental thing so went and did my route a different way round so I wasn't at the 'bad' point at the same time; that seemed to work! Danzargo is right; everyone has bad runs; and some average and some where it just seems to feel great! I hope I have a few of them soon!

Good luck with the rest of the runs, you'll soon have that graduate badge to be proud of! :-)
