C23k to C2KB

Managed my w9r2 today and as my Garmin arrived yesterday I thought I'd give it a try. My son set it up for me so it is in miles not km so I did a little over 2 miles which is a little over 3k. Pretty rubbish I know.

Anyway I have decided to rename my programme as I doubt 5k will be achieve ever. So, having achieved C23k I am now on the couch to Kylie Bottom programme as I don't care if I can run 5k but I would like a Kylie bum ;0)

I now have to figure out how to get some music on my iPhone. I got given a running music CD but can't figure out for the life of me how to get it onto to Mac and then onto my phone. Then I can try to aim for something probably more achievable to doing 5k in 30 mins
