Yesterday was W6D2 and I ran 1 mile without stopping for the first time in my life. What really bothers me that i did the first mile in 13.30 mins. while the second mile I ran for 10 mins. so is that normal? I'm so scared of D3. did anyone have the same experience? how long in average you do 1 mile? Thanks

Quite common to speed up once the rythmn is going and the kinks are out of your muscles.
My first km or so is always slower, as I warm up and find a rhythm for legs breathing etc. I have also found that I have sped up as time has gone on, even though it hasn't felt like it. As for time, my first mile 11/12 mins, once I'm in a 'happy' place 10.5 mins. Hope this helps but remember, Week 8 Laura will still be telling you that it's not about speed
