Just finished week 1 today, enjoying it so far and I like the music! Find myself singing it later ... Glad to have found this forum too, inspiring and moving to read changes people have made to their lives through this program.

Welcome. If you like the music you will sail through. That was the hardest part for most of us! Congratulations on finishing W1 and on finding this forum, which is the best motivational and support tool you could find.

Good luck. Keep running, keep posting.

Hello! I also enjoy the music but we're in the minority LOL. I have almost finished week 7, had a few blips here and there but can honestly say that I never thought I could ever be a runner, let alone enjoy it. I am excited every time a newbie takes up this challenge and wish you all the best. Keep posting, good runs and bad, remember you can do it!!

Welcome to the programme! I literally wouldn't have even gotten past day one without this forum ( I tried running, had a disastrous attempt, read some posts on here and realised what I did wrong and then tried again with success) and now I'm on the final week. Good luck!

Keep a diary of your runs and write honestly how you felt physically and mentally after each one, I don't mean reams of writing but you'll realise just how far you've travelled with a few notes. I just did jottings as I was mostly keeping track of when I was running but looking back at my little smiley faces and exclamation marks after I'd done my 3rd lot of 8x 1 minute runs is great.

Not what you're looking for?
