I graduated last Sunday the felt under the weather on my usual running days -tue. &thurs but went back out yesterday with a friend -struggled a bit but managed 26 mins covering 3.64k -not any great time or distance by far but for me I was quiet pleased as I went back to do my old week 5/6 route and saw a huge improvement on my old marker points.

Now just to get to that 5k and I'll be well chuffed -hopefully if santa has been listening and I get all the fancy gadgetry ( garmin please santa ) on Christmas Day it'll make it even sweeter.
