Week 6 run 1...needed a stanna stair lift by the time I got home...

Wow, that was a really hard 'back to walking intervals' run considering I managed 20 straight minutes only 2 days ago. That last 5 minute run was the first time I really really haven't wanted to run and the only thing that got me through it was reading previously on this forum how tough it seems to be going back to interval running after the 20 min run and it gets better by week 7.

When I got home and faced our stairs I could only think...you've got to be joking, lol.

It's a killer that week 6 run 1!! Can sympathise with the stairs too. I did my first ever 10k run a couple of weeks ago & I actually had to lift my left leg over the front door step because it ached so much!!! Good luck with run 2. X
