Well after all my procrastinating about moving to week nine and kicking my own butt to get out and run I just took the bull by the horns and got home from work changed and went out in the rain. It was probably the best run I've had my breathing was great and really settled after about ten minutes and I wasn't really out of breath even after I finished the full 30 mins, I covered 4.11 km and I reckon I could have ran on for ages if it wasn't for a stubborn blister on my left foot. I am now determined to complete the program and graduate this week and plan run two and three on weds and fri/sat. My message to anyone who has felt like I have for the last few weeks and has lost their motivation is to keep the faith in the program, don't over think it and just get out there and run.
