Fed up

Developed a really bad ulcerated throat infection yesterday, its making me feel so tired and so I have had to abstain from my r.un for today. First time in over a year I have not ran. So not happy and hoping this goes away quickly, but I think I have to listen to my body at the moment.

Just not fair though

That sounds grim. Poor you. Look after yourself and you'll soon be back running.

Take care and rest well. Hope you feel better soon.

This is exactly what I have! Rest is important. No point pushing the body when its defenses are down. You will be A1 in no time. Keep smiling :D

I have just been though the same rest up and look after yourself. You will be back out there before you know it.

Thanks everyone for the kind words, feel so washed out too, so definitely no jogging till next week I think.

Did manage a 7.5km dog walk but slept all afternoon.
