I have just started Week 3 and its a bit jump! 3 mins isnt alot I know but it is when you arent too used to running! I want to do this, but struggle with fitting it in with other exercise too and working out how to have rest days too!

I hope this works for me as love idea of running (jogging) 5k/30 mins

Just take it one run at a time... I find that too much future planning doesn't work for me - so I go for a run when I can, wait a day, then look for the next opportunity. I have got to week 4 like this ! And to my amazement was able to do w4r1 yesterday, when 4 weeks ago, running for 60 seconds felt almost impossible.

Some weeks do seem like a really big jump but try and talk yourself through it. I struggled to do the minute runs when I first started and was amazed that I eventually completed C25K.

Another tip, try and really slow it down so that you are able to get to the end of each run even if you think you look silly or it feels a bit daft! The important thing is to keep going.

Don't panic if you feel you need to repeat a week. I had to repeat quite a few weeks as I was so interrupted whilst doing the programme.

Best wishes to you!
