Well that was another great run this morning. Did struggle a bit around the 20 minute mark but I continued trough and finished and even managed to run 4.27k. So another 2 more runs to go and maybe a new venue to run in I think x

well done, i would love to run 4.27km. am sick this today and all i could think about was that i couldnt do my run and i had great plans for a personal best!
