Well dragged myself out of bed at 5.30 , cuppa , Sat listening to hubby who was up for work . Bless him , saying you know I don't like idea of you running round in dark at this time of day , & then as I got out the door shouting , your a crime statistic waiting to happen! , then ring me when you get back , lol . Anyway I did it but I must say this morning I found it harder for some reason . Don't know if it's because I'm not a morning person , but anyway I did it . My ankle was twanging a bit when I got up but once running its fine , just sat icing it , then it's shower & work , best get a move on .

I am so impressed. I love running now - especially the great feeling at the end. But 5.30 in the morning!
Ha ha it was a effort I'll tell you ! But it was cancelled last night due to weather , & as I'm working all day didn't want to risk weather changing this evening & missing again .
