Just finished Run2 of Week 7, it was 100% better than the first run, didn't rush, the weather was sunny and it was on a familiar route, BUT over the last few runs i am getting sore legs after a few hours. Is anyone else suffering from this?

Do you think it is tight muscles - if so then definitely do some stretches after running - I did not when I noticed my muscles were becoming tighter and problems occurring now,
