There is a Facebook app called Bitstrips. I created it in the app.

On another note: if you find any good plans for building up speed on a 5k, please point me in the same direction. I'll let you know if I find anything useful.

I found this plan

the5krunner.com/2011/08/22/...

It says it is for a sub 20 min plan but it can be adapted for any target time. It recommends have 3 high intensity interval runs a week, but I am planning on doing 2 of them and making the third run be my local Parkrun. My current PB is 23 mins and I want to get it down to about 22 min by the end of the year.

Thanks. You're doing really well with your Parkrun times. I will be playing catch up for quite a while I'd say. My best (of two) was 24m38s. That was back in May so I may be faster already but won't be finding out for a few weeks. I'll check that link out further but it does look quite demanding.
