5k...at last....

I did it! 3 plus weeks after graduation. Took 36.18 minutes and I am delighted. Stuck to a flattish route this time which helped. Rain cooled me off and I am off for a bath... at lunchtime. How decadent is that ?

Aiming for 35 minutes now.

I am still plodding along quite happily - sometimes better than others. It has been a busy few weeks so I haven't been out as often but I gave enjoyed the runs I have done.

That's good to hear. Some of my runs are a real slog and others okay. I am still waiting to get into that 'zone' that others have talked about when you feel you can run for miles and miles...
