Well, it's back to the beginning for me. I found that trying to exercise early in the morning made my throat feel very dry and tight, although not in a breathless way, if that makes sense, and then the dry heaving would start, which was not nice - for me or the poor dog walkers who I was sharing the rec with. I do carry a bottle of water with me, but swigs of water seemed to bypass the tickle and make no difference at all. I saw my GP this morning, who suggested I try increasing the dose of antacids (Zantac) I take for my reflux, in case that's irritating my throat overnight, so we'll see how that goes, but I just wondered if anybody else had experienced a similar problem and if you found any solutions?
