Run 2 Done

Another run done and dusted. Bit of a longer break than normal as I was away for the weekend, but I got through it and even sped up a tiny bit for the final minute. Can't believe I'm now 4 little runs from graduating, where has the time gone??

It has gone quickly hasn't it? I'm wondering what to do for the next challenge... Think I'll just work on running 5k and trying to get my time nearer to 30 mins. Are you planning on doing a park run or something similar, or will you just keep it going and see what happens?

I'm going to do my local park run once I'm comfortable with running the 5K, I'm also considering a triathlon!

All a bit close - graduation. I am going to volunteer at a parkrun and do one when I am closer to 30 mins. More importantly - what's my PRIZE!? I am thinking new socks? New bra? (My fave is grey now after it snuck in with the colours) or some decent music?

I think my prize might be the Zombies Run app My bras were grey anyway - probably a wise purchase as most of my running gear is black hehe
