I am a 48 year old, diabetic, 4 stone overweight Nana of five and I just ran continually for 20 minutes! I am so happy! When I think back to week one counting down the 60 seconds of running thinking "oh my god how long can 60 seconds actually be" ! Even dealt with a visit from Mother Nature!

You have just done the most mentally challenging part of C25K, you are doing great and just continue as you have been right to the end. Well done for coming so far

Oh well done, that is so brilliant! I have one run of week 4 left before moving onto week 5...the thought of me running non-stop for 20 minutes seems so remote but I guess I have to believe in the programme. People like you are proof that it really does work! Thanks for posting, and keep on running!
