If you have it on itunes you can installl itunes sync app and then use it on your Nokia.

For a Windows phone it's easier to upload the podcasts to Zune and then sync them with your phone. I have a Nokia Lumia 900 and that's the way I ended up doing it. To add the website as a tile, go to the website from your phone and then hit your 'three dots' menu and click 'pin to start'.
