Second run of week 4 done tonight. Still tough, but perhaps a little bit better than the first run on Sunday. Same old routine - thought I'd never be able to finish it after the first longer run when I was struggling for breath, but somehow found the guts to get the second repetitions done, albeit at a pretty moderate pace.

I really think it is that determination that makes the difference, and trusting yourself and the programme. It works and you can do it. Well done, and moderate pace sounds good to me!
Well done Bristol Plodder, I found run 1 very hard, had to walk a little of the time so go you!
