Couch to 5K

W3 R1 done!

I thought Week 3 might be too much for me - 3 minutes sounded too big a jump from 90 seconds, especially as I'd only just stopped getting a stitch (by stretching just my right side before starting). I kept it slow and steady - and did it! And, wow, I felt great afterwards. The stitch came back, but only in the last minute of the last stint - I kept breathing steadily and eventually Laura said "you can slow down now". Feeling very chuffed!
