Hi everyone, I have been unable to fit a run in all week, but will be doing one tomorrow. However I don't know if i should start again on Week 1 or continue with w2r3. Any advice

Why not set off to do W2R3 but if it really feels too much just drop back if you have to. You may very well surprise yourself!

Good luck!
