Just wanted to know what do my fellow runners wear because I am thinking of just going out with my running tights and my tee shirt with NO under garment...Your thoughts ?

wouldn't there be extra... chafing? Also consider the extra laundry I get 2-3 runs out of my running tights between washes.

We had this discussion earlier in the year, or maybe last year. There were a fair few that went commando, but for me knickers are a definite YES!!!!!

Ooh no, I couldn't! To me anything that moves needs to be kept firmly in place when I run, including a wayward fringe which gets firmly hairclipped out of the way.

Ha ha sofaqueen I'm the same! It used to be a case of anything that moved would have to be strapped down! Now that I'm more into running now I quite like a swishy pony tail tho...
