Hello, I was midway through week 4 when I broke my arm. I had to stop running to heal. Should I start over or go back to week 3?

I am worried that I might psych myself out and not be able to jump back in to week 4 and feel demoralised.

How many weeks have you stopped for?

You could go back to r1 from week 3 and if you complete it easily then go to r1 w4. I wouldn't think you would have to go back to the beginning necessarily, but if you are struggling with the week 3 run id restart at week.2.
