Looking for some music to run to at around BPM 160 and a few people have mentioned audiofuel - are there any particular discs you would recommend? Would prefer with coaching as I have a playlist of my own music at roughly the right bpm already but looking for something a bit different to push me more :-)

Hey muzikalbadger, just noticed this question went unanswered so... You could try the C25k+ podcasts as they include some 160bpm runs.

Stamina is relatively good and includes 10 minutes of running at 158bpm then about 20 minutes at 160bpm.

It speeds up at the end to 165bpm for 5 minutes.

The podcasts were produced with audiofuel and are available at nhs.uk/Livewell/c25k/Pages/...

Hope that helps.
