I just got back from my w9r3 graduation run and can't quite believe I've completed the program and no repeated runs or weeks involved.
Been tired recently not really getting decent nights sleeps so week 9 wasn't the breeze I thought it would be and the music didn't help (twas rather awful;)), but here I am all graduated and waiting for my shiny new badge (it's the little things in life that count lol).
I want to thank everyone who encouraged and advised me on this journey, this site has been invaluable bless you all :). Now I am going to bask in my achievement for a wee while and smile as others reach the finish line and graduate. A day off then back to it on Sunday.
My next step is to get that 5k in 30 mins or below. Have only just stepped over the threshold of my running adventure I hope.......

Huge congratulations to you, especially as you've found this week a bit of a struggle....being tired is no help, but getting out there anyway does pay off I find...the effort( and it really is one sometimes) is rewarded often in renewed energy.
Well done you, keep on posting how and what you are doing
Brilliant news, C O N G R A T U L A T I O N S! A new grad who has hardly stopped for breath along the way - most impressive! Yep, now it's onwards and upwards to greater things ... I've still not done 5K in 30 minutes, but I don't really care. Getting out there and enjoying running, solo thinking, smelling the roses, and having half hours all to yourself in this otherwise too busy world ... Is what counts!
Congratulation YOU DID IT!!! I am delighted to hear that my trailblazer is now a graduate and very well deserved too. I hope that you continue and nail that 5k distance but more importantly that you stay well and enjoy the running.
Congratulations Ryansson, enjoy your success and your shiny new Graduate badge! Looking forward to reading more of your inspiring blogs post-graduation.
I hope to be following in your footsteps by next weekend, so wish me luck!
