I've just completed the brilliant C25k programme and echo all the positive stuff that people have said about it. At the outset I never really believed it was possible to stay interested and motivated. At my school we were passively but systematically taught that sport is about being cold and wet and if you're not much good at hitting a ball there's no point going outside. Now, at the age of 43, having run 5k non-stop in a respectable time and enjoyed the experience, I can confidently say "Up yours, Mr Teabag!"
Now, I'd love to stand around here all day, but I gotta go to Vegas!
