Advise please. Am returning to program after time off, when I last 'ran' I had just completed wk1 and had done first run of wk2, since iam very much a novice at getting myself fit and running where should I start again from?

If you've had a while out, I'd suggest starting again from Week 1. It won't do any harm to repeat it and will definitely help rebuild your stamina! It's really important to take things slowly at first so it will do you more good in the long run (excuse the pun!) than jumping back in at Wk 2.

Good luck and welcome back!
